Based on UNDP in its report related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS), one in five people in the world today is still alive in hunger. The world is also facing a crisis of health problems with various diseases due to climate change and other environmental problems that require a lot of biotic potential to be a warner. But fertile land and productive land today continue to decrease because they have switched functions into settlements, buildings and highways built to support our lives. The world is currently at a very critical moment to ensure the continuity of human intercourse. Therefore, developing bio-technology (BIO-TEK) is expected to provide more opportunities for world food sources and also sources of world drugs at that time. BIO-TEH plants are even expected to be able to help as a reneat source of energy. In the past 20 years there has been quite a lot of effort to develop Bio Tech parks. It is stated that at this time the number of land of Bio Tek World crops currently reaches 2 billion hectares, equivalent to two total land in the US (937 million hectares), which are spread in 28 countries. And his majority is in developing countries, with the widest land in Brazil and several in Asia. As a state with a natural condition that supports and its enormous life wealth, Indonesia should have a very high bio-tech potential. In terms of processing technology, Indonesia is also not arguably lagging behind this. It has been a lot of research and efforts to develop this bio-tech-based industry, but in reality developing plants and also BIO-TEK-based businesses still talk a lot on the level of opportunity, and have not touched on the application and Bangalya developing the market and potential Bio-based business this. This research will try to analyze the challenges of Indonesia in developing this bio-technology-based business. We will multiply everything in the form of opportunities and obstacles faced by business actors and also policy developers at the Indonesian Tek Indonesia Industry by using the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem approach developed by Bobson University. On the Procession there are six elements to be analyzed by this approach, namely: 1) Considing Culture; 2) Policies and Leadership in development development; 3) funding sources and opportunities; 4) quality of human resources; 5) market conditions; 6) Other shortpock infrastructure. The six elements we will dig deeply to see the condition of the BIO-Tech-based business rill in Indonesia, both in the form of supporting supporters of this biotech-based business-based business, as well as things that are still an obstacle why this bio-based business is still can't become wrong One future business opportunity in Indonesia. Using the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem approach, there will be many things we can develop to understand the characteristics of the BIO-TEK-based industry both have implications for the development of theory or practice. In theory, the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem approach to develop the development of theories in terms of understanding the caraktechnic based on the BIO-TEK-based industry, especially how to manage the social-social issue that influences the growth of this business, because a lot of attention is given to treasing the characteristics of bio-tech based on this bio-tech basis . Practically, we hope by understanding the condition of the BIO-Tech-based business ecosystem rill in Indonesia, it will be easier to understand empty gaps that cannot be developed by policy makers, observers and business people to fill the empty gaps with activities or programs The right use, so that the Bio Tech industry can develop properly.
