Venture capital growth in Indonesia from year to year is smaller when compared to other industries, both financing institutions and non-bank financial industries in general. Until now, it is still a small number of small companies (startups) who obtain financing from venture capital. In fact, since the first industry was developed in 1996 until the end of 2014, the growth of venture capital industry assets has not shown significant development even though growth trends. The total assets of the venture capital company industry are only around 2.14% of the total assets of the financing industry. On a larger scale, if compared to the total number of all non-bank financial industry assets, the market share of venture capital companies is only 0.67% (financial services authority, 2016). Based on data from the Financial Services Authority in 2016, there are currently 62 venture capital companies in Indonesia with total assets amounting to 11.28 trillion rupiah. Industry, the magnitude of the net income of the venture capital financing sector is very fluctuating throughout 2015-2016, which is caused by up and down income. In terms of financial performance, the value of BOPO from throughout 2015 to 2016 tends to be stagnant above 90% which shows a very large operational burden. Whereas for the value of ROA fluctuating erratically throughout 2015 until 2016 where the smallest percentage of 0.66% and the biggest percentage of 2.97%. The same thing happened to the ROE value with the smallest percentage of 1.64% and 6.9% largest. As for NPF, the number was up and down throughout 2015 and 2016 with the smallest number of 14.42% and the largest number of 17.62%, a large number. However, the amount of financing carried out by venture capital companies is almost always increasing throughout 2015 and 2016 Walapaun large increase is not too significant.
