Activity Summary

At present, the asset inventory in Labtek IX C is done in a conventional manner. Assets are coded, recorded and made asset plans. With the help of BIM deficiencies owned by the conventional asset management process can be removed. By using three-dimensional data in real-time, BIM software can carry out dynamic modeling to increase productivity in building design and construction. This process will produce building model information, which includes building geometry, spatial relations, geographical information, the number and nature of building components. The purpose of the study is for asset inventories using BIM-based TLS technology, namely: A. Model assets accurately, both in physical and third-dimensional position using TLS, b. Facilitate the replacement of goods if there is damage, because there is a data size directly from the 3D model c. Facilitates the audit process of an asset inventory . Facilitate asset inventory at ITB. e. Provide a better spatial picture especially in the asset location
