Prediction is the process of estimating systematically about something that is most likely to occur in the future based on past information and current information. The causal relationship is needed to make predictions, because if what happens is completely random and does not depend on something, predictions cannot be done, and if the relationship between some variables can be found, then the relationship can be used as the basis of predictions. Land price predictions are needed mainly for planning strategies in government development. So far, land price predictions still have not provided maximum results in efforts to support strategic planning, due to the results of the predictions that are not proper, because this is estimated because there is no understanding of the pattern of land price forming. One factor that has a major influence on the determination of land prices is a factor related to spatial or spatial. This study aims to be able to visualize the spatial pattern of changes in land prices, analyze what factors have an effect on these changes, and analyze the relationship between influenced carrier variables and variables that are influenced to be used as predictable parameters.
